Dr. John J. Meyer, D.C.

Dr. Meyer graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1982 with a degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

Doctors of Chiropractic must satisfy a demanding academic course that leads to a professional degree requiring six years of academic study-three years preparatory and four years professional. chiropractor must also meet strict educational requirements, including approximately 600 hours of internship, which makes them eligible for licensure in all states.

Chiropractic subjects of study are Anatomy/Embryology, Biochemistry, Microbiology/Public Health/Biostatics, Cell Biology/Histology, Physical Diagnosis/Clinical Medicine, Neuroscience, Physiology/Pathology, Nutrition, Pharmacology.

Chiropractors are required to pass comprehensive state board of examiners as a prerequisite for licensure, and must complete continuing education classes annually.

Dr. Meyer has been in practice at his current location for over 30 years. Since he began practicing, Dr. Meyer has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care.
